Custom boxing mouthguards

Pressed from your own bite in our Tacoma lab, so the guard stays put through a round of hard sparring instead of shifting when you get hit. Shipping is included in every price.

What to look for

Thickness where the shots land

Boxers take repeated impact to the front teeth and jaw. A layered guard spreads that load wider than a single thin shell.

A fit that holds

A guard pressed over a model of your teeth grips on its own, so you are not clenching to keep it in between punches.

Room to breathe

A custom guard carries less loose material than a stock shell, which makes breathing and talking to your corner easier.

Your sanctioning body’s rules

Amateur and pro bodies can set rules on mouthguard color and type. Check yours before fight night.

Questions

Which guard is best for boxing?

For hard sparring and fights, the Chaos Guard: it is our thickest, triple-layer build. The Essential Guard is the same custom fit in one solid color for everyday training. EasyFit is a boil-and-bite if you want to start cheap.

How should a boxing mouthguard fit?

It should cover your upper teeth and stay in place when you open your mouth, without you biting down to hold it. If it rocks, slides or makes you gag, the fit is wrong. Our custom guards come with a Perfect Fit Guarantee.

How long does it take?

Your impression kit ships within 48 hours. Production takes 3–5 business days once your impression reaches our lab (1–2 business days with Express), so a kit order usually takes about 2–3 weeks door to door.
