Combat Night athletes, coaches, and fans can order custom-fit mouthguards pressed in our Tacoma, Washington lab from their own bite impression. No dental appointment is required: we mail a dual-phase VPS putty impression kit with prepaid return postage, press the guard from the returned impression, and ship the finished guard back tracked in a protective case.
Pricing runs $30 for the EasyFit boil-and-bite guard and $65 to $95 for the impression-based custom-fit models (Essential Guard $65, Grapple Guard $90, Chaos Guard $95). Every price includes all three shipping legs; there is no shipping fee added at checkout.
Lab production takes 3 to 5 business days after a usable impression reaches Tacoma, excluding carrier transit, which varies by address.
