What we do
Your impression didn't take
We check every impression in the CCC workshop before we make anything. If it's shallow, dragged or missing tooth detail, we email you and send a new impression kit free. You cover the shipping for the replacement. You don't pay for a guard that was never going to fit.
Your guard doesn't fit
Tell us within 14 days of delivery and we remake your guard at no additional cost until it fits, with a new impression kit if one is needed. You cover the shipping for the replacement. Production is 3–5 business days once a usable impression reaches the workshop.
It fits, but something feels off
Gagging, pressure on the gums, or edges that feel long are usually trim issues, not a bad impression. Tell us what you feel and where, and we adjust or remake under the same guarantee.

Get it right first time
Watch the impression tutorial before you open the putty. A usable impression shows every tooth and the gumline above it, with sharp edges and no smearing or drag marks. Nervous about it? Add a backup putty set at checkout so you have a second try at home.
The guarantee covers custom guards: Chaos, Grapple and Essential. EasyFit is a boil-and-bite you mold at home, so it has its own return policy on the EasyFit page. Full details are in section 4 of our Terms.
