Impression kit to your door, a prepaid tracked return to the CCC workshop, and tracked delivery of your finished guard and case.

Tracked delivery of your boil-and-bite guard with its case and fitting guide. No kit, nothing to mail back.

How a custom order travels

  1. Your kit ships

    We ship your impression kit within 48 hours of checkout. You get 2 minutes of working time to mix and load the putty, then keep the tray in your mouth for 3 minutes.

  2. Your impression comes back

    Mail it back with the prepaid, tracked return QR code we email you. Production takes 3–5 business days once a usable impression reaches the CCC workshop.

  3. Your guard ships to you

    We pressure-form your guard over a model of your teeth, check it by hand and ship it in its case, tracked. Carrier transit time is on top of production and depends on your address.
