Your VPS impression kit ships within 48 hours. You have 2 minutes of working time and keep the inserted tray in your mouth for 3 minutes, then return it with the QR code in your email, no fitting appointment required.

Because fabrication happens in Tacoma rather than out of state, Seattle-bound kits and finished guards spend roughly a day in transit each way.

Gym network partnerships

We set up impression days with Seattle-area combat gyms and fight teams. If your club has ten or more athletes, we handle the whole roster in one session.

Common Questions

Do I need to visit an in-person office to get a custom mouthguard?
No. The mail-in VPS putty kit captures the same high-precision upper-arch impression. Our custom-fit models run $65 to $95, with the three-leg tracked shipping process included in that price.
How long does delivery to Seattle take?
Production takes 3–5 business days after a usable impression reaches our workshop. Carrier transit is separate and varies by customer address.
Can my Seattle gym order as a team?
