How it works

  1. Order & Kit Dispatch

    We ship your VPS impression kit within 48 hours.

  2. Take Impression

    You have 2 minutes of working time; after insertion, keep the tray in your mouth for 3 minutes, then return it with the QR code in your email.

  3. Pressing

    Production takes 3–5 business days after your usable impression reaches our workshop.

  4. Finished Delivery

    Your finished Essential Guard is shipped directly to your door.

Shipping is included in the price and covers all 3 legs: 1. Impression kit to your door, 2. Prepaid return QR code (emailed) to send your bite mold back to our workshop, and 3. Delivery of your finished Essential Guard.

Production estimate excludes shipping time. Production: 3–5 business days from usable impression receipt.

Questions

Why is Essential Guard more affordable than Chaos Guard?

It uses the same putty impression and pressure-forming, but it is a single 4 mm layer in one solid color with no artwork, so it costs less. To compete in it, add the 6 mm dual-laminate upgrade.

Is an impression kit included with Essential Guard?

Yes. Every Essential Guard includes our complete VPS putty impression kit, and we email you a prepaid return QR code.

What colors are available?

Eight solid shell colors: Blackout, Whiteout, Clear, Combat Red, Blaze Orange, Solar Yellow, Green and Royal Blue.
