Unlike many custom-fit mouthguard offerings, Chaos uses triple-layer technology. Its 2mm + 4mm + 1mm pre-shrink EVA construction is pressure-formed over your model on the German-engineered Dreve Drufomat Scan to support a precise fit and dependable protection.

We ship your VPS impression kit within 48 hours via tracked mail.
Take the Impression
You have 2 minutes of working time; after insertion, keep the tray in your mouth for 3 minutes, then return it with the QR code in your email.
Pressing
Production takes 3–5 business days after your usable impression reaches the CCC workshop.
Final Delivery
Your finished Chaos Guard is hand-finished, inspected, and shipped directly to your door.
Shipping is included in the price and covers all 3 legs: 1. Impression kit shipped to your door, 2. A return QR code emailed to you for your bite mold, and 3. Final delivery of your custom guard.
Production estimate excludes shipping time. Production: 3–5 business days from usable impression receipt.
Questions
How does Chaos Guard compare to boil-and-bite guards?
A boil-and-bite is a universal shape you mold by biting, so the fit varies and you may need to clench to keep it in. Chaos Guard is pressure-formed over a model made from your own putty impression, so it holds on your teeth while you talk and breathe hard. A finished Chaos Guard measures about 5.5 mm over the front teeth.
What does the included shipping cover?
Shipping is included in the guard price and is a complete 3-way logistics package: we send the VPS impression kit to your door, email you a prepaid return QR code for your finished mold, and ship your finished custom Chaos Guard back to you.
Can I add custom graphics and text to Chaos Guard?
Yes. Pick your colors, add text or upload a logo in our builder, or start from one of our designs. Artwork is included in the price.
What if my putty impression is not accurate?
We inspect every returned impression. If it does not meet our standards, we contact you and send a replacement impression kit free; you only cover the shipping for the replacement. We also offer an optional backup putty set at checkout for peace of mind.
