Payment information is processed through secure third-party payment processors. Controlled Chaos Combat does not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Custom guards are not available to children under 13. For athletes age 13–17, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent, contact details, and the signature used for the impression-day registration.

If we learn that fitting information was submitted for a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

8. CUSTOMER-SUBMITTED DESIGNS AND CONTENT

If you submit artwork, logos, names, images, or custom design ideas, you confirm that you have the right to use that content. You are responsible for ensuring that submitted designs do not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademarks, copyrights, or other legal rights.

We may refuse to produce designs that we believe are unlawful, infringing, unsafe, hateful, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect personal information. No website, payment system, or online transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
