On-site impression days

We run impression days at Tacoma and South Sound gyms and at local fight promotions, where the whole roster takes their own impressions with our help in a single visit.

No return shipping leg

Impressions taken at a local impression day come straight to our workshop, so they skip the mail-back leg and go into our 3–5-business-day production queue.

Where in Tacoma are the mouthguards made?
In our own CCC workshop in Tacoma. Chaos Guard is pressure-formed with triple-layer 2mm + 4mm + 1mm pre-shrink EVA on the German-engineered Dreve Drufomat Scan. Production takes 3–5 business days after a usable impression arrives.
How fast does my guard reach me in the Tacoma area?
We ship everything from Tacoma, and USPS transit inside the Pacific Northwest takes 1–2 business days. We don't offer in-person pickup; every order ships with tracking.
